About the Role
\n We're a patient-first dental practice looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. This full-time position features a 4-day workweek, competitive pay, and a collaborative environment where quality care and staff well-being go hand in hand.

Schedule & Compensation

\n
• Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (enjoy a 3-day weekend, every week)
\n
• $105,000–$112,000 annually
\n
• PTO and sick time
\n
• Paid federal holidays

Position Offers

\n
• Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal evaluations, and preventive screenings
\n
• Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other preventive treatments
\n
• Capture and process dental radiographs per state guidelines
\n
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
\n
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation
\n
• Uphold sterilization and infection control protocols
\n
• Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to deliver excellent patient care
\n
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Active PA Dental Hygienist license
\n
• At least 1 year of clinical hygiene experience
\n
• Radiography certification per Pennsylvania regulations
\n
• Solid grounding in preventive care and infection control best practices
\n
• Strong communication skills and a talent for patient education
\n
• A team-oriented mindset
\n
