We are seeking a detail-oriented SolidWorks Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings for custom spray booths and finishing equipment. You will work closely with our engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are accurate, efficient to manufacture, and meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Create accurate 3D models of spray booths and related equipment using SolidWorks.

  • Develop detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings, including dimensions, annotations, and bills of materials.

  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and manufacturing standards.

  • Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes, customer requests, or production feedback.

  • Prepare files and drawings for CNC manufacturing.

  • Maintain organized project files, revisions, and documentation.

  • Verify drawing accuracy and ensure designs comply with company standards.

  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal team members regarding design specifications when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in drafting, mechanical design, engineering technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks with experience creating 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings.

  • Experience with sheet metal design is preferred.

  • Experience with CNC programming or manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required.

  • Experience using Monday.com or other project management software is a plus.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependability.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Schedule:

  • 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)

  • 10-hour shift

  • Day shift
