Location: Mine Hill, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Setting: Clinic-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift (Flexible between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) | No Weekends | No On-Call
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with developmental and behavioral needs. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, monitor client progress, and provide caregiver training while ensuring evidence-based, ethical ABA practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavioral assessments, and skill-based assessments.
Administer standardized assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other appropriate evaluations.
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide direct ABA therapy through individual and group sessions as needed.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), BCaBAs, and other direct care staff.
Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data collection, analysis, and program modifications.
Provide parent and caregiver training to promote treatment consistency across environments.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and required trainings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal client outcomes.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Active New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience working with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities.
Experience supervising RBTs, BTs, or other clinical staff.
Experience working with adults and individuals receiving Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) services is highly preferred.
Experience providing ABA services in natural environments is preferred.
