Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, also known as an Administrative Operations Associate, for a contract opportunity in Gainesville, FL. This onsite role supports a fast-paced financial services operations team with administrative processing, document management, service requests, and account maintenance support.
This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys structured work, accurate data processing, and supporting behind-the-scenes operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve completed forms from vendor websites and upload documents for processing.
- Organize, maintain, and update electronic documents, files, and operational records.
- Create and manage service requests for tracking, processing, and workflow visibility.
- Support account maintenance, administrative transactions, and basic money movement activities.
- Assist multiple operational departments with clerical, data entry, and administrative processing tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance while supporting special projects and process improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/temporary.
