Job Description
Key Responsibilities Installation & Assembly: Assemble conveyor frames, support steel, rollers, pulleys, bearings, and motors based on technical drawings.
\nAlignment & Testing: Level and straighten conveyors, ensuring precise alignment (within inch) to prevent tracking issues.
\nSite Layout: Assist with setting up the layout, measuring, and positioning equipment.
\nMaintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform repairs and replace worn components like chains and gearboxes.
\nSafety Adherence: Strictly follow safety protocols, including OSHA standards, to maintain a safe job site.
\nTechnical Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and structural drawings.
\nTools: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
\nSkills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
