Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking an accomplished imaging professional to play a pivotal role in the launch of a groundbreaking remote MRI program in a virtual hospital setting. This onsite position in Phoenix, AZ, is ideal for someone with strong MRI or CT experience, especially those enthusiastic about startup environments and eager to be at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced training and demonstrated expertise in MRI or CT technology
  • Previous experience working with remote care programs highly preferred
  • Charismatic communicator with excellent references
  • Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new technologies and workflows
  • Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others
  • Experience in startup or program-building environments is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
  • Ready to participate in 1-2 Zoom interviews as part of the selection process

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract duration: 13 to 26 weeks, with potential for extension based on program needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to establish a new MRI remote program
  • Serve as a primary resource for the implementation and optimization of care base procedures
  • Perform imaging duties as needed to ensure clinical excellence
  • Lead and support training initiatives for both onsite and remote imaging staff
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Act as a champion for innovation and process improvement within the virtual hospital command center
  • Contribute to program documentation and continuous improvement efforts

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
