  • Prepare and distribute invoices in accordance with client agreements and billing schedules
  • Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy
  • Investigate and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payment inquiries
  • Maintain billing records and update customer account information
  • Partner with accounting, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Support reporting and audit requests as needed
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software platforms
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to high-volume billing environments
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
