We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated K–12 Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for educators who are committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs and thrive in collaborative, student-centered environments.

Position Overview:
Provide instruction and support to students across K–12 grade levels
Serve students with a range of disabilities (mild/moderate to moderate/severe based on placement)
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Position Details:
Full-time position (35+ hours/week)
Contract for the 2026–2027 school year

Requirements:
Active or eligible Colorado Special Education Teaching License
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
Experience working with diverse student populations preferred
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in new school environments (for travelers)
