A growing Tulsa company is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, office administration, purchasing, payroll support, and inventory management.

This is a hands-on role for an organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and helping keep operations running smoothly. This position is an onsite accounting job in a business casual office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process customer payments, deposits, and collections follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare and review payroll data for bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials and supplies
  • Oversee general office operations and administrative functions
  • Assist leadership with reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping, office management, or accounting support experience
  • Requires experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and purchasing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
