Full-Time Special Education Teacher (SPED) | Lancaster, CA | Up to 65/Hour

ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified and dedicated Special Education Teachers to support students in the Lancaster, California area for the upcoming school year. These full-time, school-based positions offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative educational environment while providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Position Overview:

• Full-time, school-based position for the upcoming school year
• On-site role in the Lancaster, California area
• 40 hours per week
• School day begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 3:15 PM
• Collaborative and supportive educational environment
• Two openings available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students receiving special education services
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet student needs
• Support students' academic, social, and behavioral development

Required Qualifications:

• Active California Special Education teaching credential
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students with diverse learning needs
