Job Description
Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Valid respiratory care practitioner license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Experience performing ventilator management, administering therapies, and patient evaluation
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to adult and pediatric patients
- Assess respiratory status using diagnostic tools and determine appropriate therapeutic responses
- Initiate, monitor, and adjust mechanical ventilation according to physician protocols
- Educate patients and families on equipment usage and respiratory care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
- Participate in emergency response teams when required

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
