Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid respiratory care practitioner license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary disorders
• Experience performing ventilator management, administering therapies, and patient evaluation
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to adult and pediatric patients
• Assess respiratory status using diagnostic tools and determine appropriate therapeutic responses
• Initiate, monitor, and adjust mechanical ventilation according to physician protocols
• Educate patients and families on equipment usage and respiratory care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
• Participate in emergency response teams when required
