Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont, CA. This role supports the production of printed circuit board assemblies within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry, with a focus on conformal coating, encapsulation, masking, demasking, staking, and potting.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on production work, precision tasks, and working with small components under a microscope. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using the correct masking materials and tools.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, and coating tasks as directed by production and quality requirements.
- Handle automated dispensing and coating robots as requested.
- Use tweezers and precision tools to work with very small and delicate components under a microscope.
- Follow production procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements to support consistent output.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
