Key Qualifications:
- Current Montana Special Educator Certification
- Prior experience working with students in special education settings, preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student abilities and goals

- Engage with families and caregivers to support and encourage student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insightfully to multidisciplinary teams
