Job Description
Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- Proven experience in a clinical respiratory care setting
- Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques, equipment, and protocols
- Excellent assessment, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough respiratory assessments and evaluate patient needs
- Deliver a full range of respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator management
- Monitor and document patient response to interventions and adjust care as necessary
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise individualized respiratory care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapies, equipment usage, and home care instructions
- Ensure respiratory care equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and used in accordance with safety standards
- Respond promptly to emergency codes and provide advanced airway management as needed

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
