At our organization, we recognize the complex medical, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by individuals with eating disorders. Through a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, we provide treatment for conditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorders, along with co-occurring addictions and disorders. Our established care model, experienced multidisciplinary team, and welcoming environment position us as a leading provider of eating disorder treatment for men, women, and adolescents. We offer comprehensive care across all recovery stages, from 24-hour inpatient monitoring to various residential, transitional, and outpatient programs.
We are looking for a Registered Dietitian to become part of our dedicated team. This role is essential within both the leadership and clinical teams, requiring regular collaboration with various disciplines to ensure optimal care for our clients.
Our nutrition programming is built on core principles that emphasize health, freedom from disordered eating behaviors, and a developmentally appropriate journey towards self-trust and internally-directed eating. With this strong foundation, clients progress from repairing their relationship with food to embracing a fuller, recovered life.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; standard business hours with one day from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities Include:- Overseeing all meals prepared for clients on-site and ensuring proper documentation.
- Ensuring that all nutritional services comply with established standards and regulations.
- Conducting nutrition assessments for clients and monitoring their nutritional intake.
- Contributing to the treatment team’s development of the Master Treatment Plan.
- Master’s degree in Nutrition or a related human services field.
- A minimum of one year of experience (or internship) in healthcare, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
- Possession of a valid Registered Dietitian credential.
- Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve excellence.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
