Associate Attorney

Sandoval Law, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our practice. Experience in civil litigation is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to learn and work across a diverse range of legal practice areas, including personal injury, commercial litigation, construction litigation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and landlord-tenant law. Hone your practice under the mentorship of the firm's owner, who has more than 25 years of courtroom and trial experience, including multiple 7-figure verdicts and settlements. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, well-spoken, eager to learn, have good legal research and writing skills, and have a desire to grow as a litigation attorney.\n

\n*Responsibilities*\n

\n* Represent clients in personal injury and general/commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and contracts.\n
\n* Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, analyze procedural and substantive law, and prepare case strategies.\n
\n* Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel and clients to advance settlements when appropriate.\n
\n* Manage case files, maintain meticulous documentation, and coordinate with legal administrative staff.\n
\n* Communicate case developments to clients, schedule hearings, and assist with trial preparation.\n
