Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Keep production running smoothly by moving materials and products
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
- Clean equipment and maintain a safe work area
- Complete production paperwork accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 20–45 lbs. repeatedly throughout a 10–12 hour shift
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical work
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
