Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs
Provide small-group and individualized instruction in core academic areas
Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to support diverse learners
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
Implement positive behavior intervention strategies
Support students across a K–5 setting
Experience
Previous experience in schools or working with children preferred, but not required
Requirements
Active Wisconsin Special Education Teaching License
