Qualifications:

• Minnesota teaching credential in one or more of:

  • Special Education: Early Childhood
  • Special Education: Emotional Behavioral Disorders
  • Special Education: Learning Disabilities
  • Special Education: Academic & Behavioral Strategist License (optional)
• Strong attendance record
• Deep knowledge of behavioral strategies, problem-solving, and behavior plans
• Skilled in classroom management, instructional practices, and collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and support for students in middle school resource and center-based programs (focus on ASD and DCD, cross-categorical needs)
• Cover FMLA and support at Eagle Ridge MS (Aug 24-Nov 9)
• Develop and implement effective behavior plans and classroom routines
• Collaborate closely with special and general education staff as well as paraprofessionals
