Key Responsibilities- Manage the sale, removal, and installation of tires, including those for commercial vehicles, both in the shop and on the road.
- Oversee equipment repairs and maintain the cleanliness of the store facility, including general housekeeping tasks.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as necessary.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
