WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to become a part of our expanding family medicine practice at Northside Family & Internal Medicine in Crawfordsville, Indiana. WHAT WE NEED:

The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. We seek someone with outstanding interpersonal skills who is eager to build strong relationships within the community and with existing medical staff. The physician will collaborate effectively with fellow physicians and staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Schedule: Flexible full-time; no weekends or holidays.

  • Patient Volume: Average of 20-22 patients per day.

  • Call Responsibilities: 1:6.

  • Telehealth: Available.

  • Common Diagnoses Include:

    • Child and adult wellness visits.

    • Back pain.

    • Endocrinology issues.

    • Hypertension.

    • Heart failure.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Doctorate required.

  • Physician License (DR) - required upon hire.

  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if applicable) - required upon hire.

  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - required upon hire.
