Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions while implementing suitable care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner.
• Provide leadership and support to the patient care team during your shifts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Active Illinois RN license is mandatory.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) are required.
