Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Position Summary

The Production Technician (Autoclave) supports manufacturing operations by cleaning, sanitizing, sterilizing, and preparing production equipment and materials used in the manufacturing process. This role works primarily in the washroom and autoclave areas, ensuring containers, tools, and equipment meet strict cleanliness and sterilization standards before being returned to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, pans, trays, containers, and manufacturing tools according to company procedures and quality standards
• Remove biological residue and prepare equipment for reuse in production operations
• Operate autoclave sterilization equipment to ensure proper sterilization of materials and components
• Load and unload materials from autoclaves while following established sterilization procedures
• Monitor sterilization cycles, verify process parameters, and accurately complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and manufacturing standards
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and FDA-regulated manufacturing requirements
• Support contamination prevention practices within a controlled production environment
• Move production materials and supplies throughout the facility as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing/walking for extended periods during the shift
• Communicate equipment issues, process concerns, or quality observations to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, laboratory, or similar environments preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within a regulated medical manufacturing environment
