A start-up aerospace manufacturer is looking to make their first Supply Chain and Procurement hire based in Windsor, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement to develop suppliers and processes in line with the organization's growth trajectory. Client Details Our client is a high growth aerospace manufacturer. They are looking for a supply chain and procurement professional with a background and knowledge in the aerospace field. Description Lead all aspects of sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier quality, delivery assurance, logistics, and material availability. Develop long-term supply chain strategies. Support daily manufacturing operations. Lead supplier development initiatives and strategic sourcing programs. Partner with Quality Assurance to improve supplier quality performance. Profile Essential: leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing. Desirable: outside processing and coordination. Desirable: degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field. Strong ERP/MRP experience. Job Offer $140,000 - $160,000 dependent on experience. On site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. Based in Windsor, CT. Help build the supply chain and procurement division from the ground up. Additional company benefits.
