Position Overview

Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist for a role within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) based in Murrieta, California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Support patient stability and recovery through comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure represents the base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
