We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Bernardino, CA within the healthcare services industry. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managers, or department leaders.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and help prioritize daily activities.
- Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, external partners, patients, vendors, or visitors as needed.
- Maintain organized files, records, and confidential information with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
- Support department workflows, follow up on action items, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: San Bernardino, CA.
