Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BCBA/LBA to lead ABA services in New Orleans, LA. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and schools to support pediatric and adolescent clients with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
· Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
· Supervise and mentor BCBAs and Registered Line Technicians (RLTs).
· Provide staff training, parent education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
· Travel between school and home/community settings as needed.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
· Active BCBA certification and Louisiana LBA license.
· Credentialed with Louisiana Medicaid and applicable MCOs.
· 3-5 years of BCBA experience, including supervisory experience.
· Strong leadership, communication, and ABA clinical skills.
