Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for patients.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Support the development of personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient stability and recovery.
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives. Specific details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
