Family Medicine - Davenport, Iowa - Large Practice + $150k Bonus

Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our Davenport Family Practice team.

• Full-time physician role at our Davenport, IA Health Plaza location.
• Attractive compensation package featuring a 2-year income guarantee of $290,000 annually, plus additional incentives.
• Bonus package totaling $150,000.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of 10 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.
• Flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance.
• Shared on-call responsibilities via phone only, with a rotation of 1:20.
• Onsite access to primary care, pediatrics, laboratory services, imaging, and urgent care.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
• Generous paid time off, including 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week for continuing medical education (CME), and 6 paid holidays.
• CME allowance of $6,000.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa.
• Current, unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to the practice.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt/J1 waiver).
