12-Hour Night Shift
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
$2.75/hour shift differential
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maximizing equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment including RTUs, fans, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.
Utilize the Megamation CMMS system to manage work orders and preventative maintenance schedules.
Complete maintenance tasks on schedule while supporting production priorities.
Monitor and track water and energy consumption records for the facility.
Coordinate with outside contractors performing maintenance and repair work.
Use hand tools, test equipment, and measuring devices to diagnose equipment issues.
Support production teams by responding quickly to maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPI tracking.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
Basic electrical and control systems knowledge.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Experience with CMMS systems (Megamation or similar) preferred.
Experience with light building maintenance and facility repairs preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and preventive maintenance.
Highschool degree or equivalent required
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and lubrication systems.
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience (no programming required).
CMMS experience, preferably Megamation.
Experience supporting facility systems and production equipment.
Sandblasting experience is a plus.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, kneel, climb, squat, reach, and lift while performing maintenance duties.
Ability to safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and parts.
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
$28.00/hour starting pay

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.75 per hour
