We are excited to announce an opening for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our healthcare partnership at the Women's & Children's Clinic, located just west of Seattle in the picturesque Silverdale, Washington.
Position OverviewThe OB/GYN department is seeking a seventh member to enhance their team of dedicated medical professionals. This role offers a balanced practice with a 50%-50% distribution between obstetrics and gynecology. Enjoy a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, with a call rotation of 1:7, plus county call at 1:10. All services are conveniently provided at a single clinical site and a hospital featuring a level 2 NICU, all within the same building.

Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from $345,000 to $365,000, with additional bonus potential. This range is an estimate in good faith, and the actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's education, training, experience, licensure, certifications, and alignment with local market data at the time of hiring. Our compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each applicant.
Eligibility for total compensation and benefits is based on full-time employment in the assigned role, in accordance with the current PSA agreement. For eligible full-time employees, we offer the following benefits:
