We are in search of a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our dedicated team of professionals. Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
- Make independent decisions when necessary.
- Provide knowledgeable and competent nursing care to patients.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
