We are looking for an inpatient Physical Therapist to become a part of our hospital team in Victorville, CA. This role is part-time/PRN, where you will deliver direct patient care and assist in rehabilitation activities. All therapists will receive a membership with Evidence In Motion (EIM), which supports professional development. - Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive care.
- Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides.
- A genuine passion for serving others!
- Current California license as a Physical Therapist or the ability to obtain one.
- AHA BLS certification is required.
- Recent graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Hourly pay ranges from $55 to $62, along with free continuing education and a 401(k) plan featuring a 4% employer match.
