In the role of Charge Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing direct nursing services and oversight while executing assigned administrative tasks during your shift. Your responsibilities will include applying current nursing care standards and conveying hospital policies to staff, patients, families, and physicians. Strong leadership and communication abilities will be crucial for resolving conflicts, managing time efficiently, and organizing tasks effectively. Additionally, you will mentor and educate team members, acting as a role model and catalyst for change to ensure daily goals are achieved.

• Lead and supervise nursing personnel during designated shifts
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients and families within your unit
• Hold team members accountable for delivering safe and appropriate care
• Foster teamwork and promote empowerment among colleagues
• Exemplify professionalism and commitment, serving as a role model
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
• Active RN License in Washington State required
• Prior experience in Medical-Surgical, Emergency Room, and Charge Nurse roles
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
