This role is an onsite Business Operations Specialist in Plano, TX supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day execution and coordination of customer projects. The candidate will be responsible for operational data tracking, headcount/resource tracking, stakeholder coordination, contract and financial support, task management, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
