Our organization operates a residential treatment program specifically designed for adolescents dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At our facility, we assist adolescents and their families on their journey to complete recovery. We equip each young person with the tools needed to face life's challenges without the burden of an eating disorder. Our approach combines empathy, education, and family involvement to foster a supportive recovery environment. We guide each adolescent in replacing harmful behaviors with healthy skills, helping them to embrace their unique identities.

We are currently looking for a Clinical Director to become a vital part of our team.

• Oversee the overall clinical quality of our treatment program, focusing on continuous improvement, staffing, and budget management.
• Lead and mentor clinical therapists, providing guidance and support in their interactions with insurance providers.
• Demonstrate normalized eating behaviors by sharing meals with clients and staff during mealtimes.
• Occasionally conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Engage in discharge and aftercare planning alongside the treatment team.
• Offer safe, affirming, and empathetic support to diverse populations.

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health environment is preferred; other leadership experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with admissions, intake processes, Utilization Review, and interactions with third-party payers is essential.
• Experience with Joint Commission and regulatory compliance standards is desirable.
• Ability to manage budgets and utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is preferred.
• Experience in an Eating Disorder program or similar residential behavioral health setting is advantageous.
• Understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices is important.
• Experience in employee selection and performance management is a plus.
• A Master’s degree in a clinical discipline is required.
• An active Clinical License in New York is mandatory.

Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities.

Salary range: $92,000 - $135,000.
