Compensation: $1795 - $2163 | Shift: 5x8 Evenings

Key Responsibilities- Communicate promptly with physicians, families, and other stakeholders regarding significant changes in resident health.
- Conduct all necessary resident assessments.
- Administer medications while adhering to the five rights of medication administration.
- Perform wound care and assessments as required.
- Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in responding to call lights.
- Monitor residents for any changes in their condition.
- Take a leadership role on the floor by assessing and managing situations as they arise.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Maintain accurate resident records through thorough and precise charting.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
- A two-year nursing degree (a four-year degree is preferred).
- A valid Registered Nursing license in Wisconsin.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
