Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our team in a PHP/IOP role based in Murrieta, California.
Position OverviewThis role involves delivering psychiatric care within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The selected physician will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations
- Managing medication regimens
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Promoting patient stability and recovery

Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation policies.
