Associate Attorney

Rosing Davidson Frost a well-respected Park City based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience. This position will provide litigation and transactional support in the areas of real estate, construction defect, HOA, and business law. We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our dynamic team.\n

\n*Responsibilities*\n
\n
\n* Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions\n
\n* Stay on top of case management and case management deadlines\n
\n* Coordinate discovery and discovery efforts with paralegals and other legal support staff\n
\n* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.\n
\n* Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys.\n
\n
\n*Requirements*\n
\n
\n* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.\n
\n* UT State Bar License (or planning on sitting for the July 2026 Bar Exam)\n
\n* Must be proactive, highly detailed oriented, highly organized and motivated.\n
\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.\n
\n* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n
\n* Demonstrated academic success.\n
\n
