This community hospital in west-central Ohio provides a range of medical services to the regional patient population within an outpatient clinic setting. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support coordinated hematology and oncology care delivery. Clinical operations are structured to facilitate quality patient care throughout the assignment period.

Celina, Ohio is situated in the west-central region of the state and offers access to Grand Lake St. Marys, where clinicians may explore lakeside parks, a lighthouse, and waterfront dining options including Boardwalk Grill and Speakeasy Steak and Ale House. The area also features local attractions such as the Langsdon Mineral Collection, MVP Dairy, and nearby wineries and breweries including the Vineyard at Evergreen Farm. Clinicians on assignment will find a range of leisure and recreational options available throughout the Celina area during their time on assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient hematology and oncology care on-site in Celina, Ohio, Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no call or weekend coverage required. Clinical responsibilities include patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting laboratory and imaging studies, and prescribing treatments for hematologic and oncologic conditions. Clinicians will also participate in tumor board discussions as part of the structured outpatient care model. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
