Family Medicine Physician

Location: Hutchinson, MN

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our growing Primary Care team.

About the Role

As a member of our established group of 20 Primary Care physicians, you will benefit from:

  • A 4-day work week
  • Minimal on-call duties (primarily telephone)
  • Teaching opportunities, if desired

This outpatient-focused position allows for mentorship and the freedom to develop your own practice style. Hospital shifts are available for those interested.

This role is an employed position with a pathway to full partnership. Compensation

Starting Salary: $298,000

Compensation is influenced by the role's requirements and level. Factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity may also affect pay within our established ranges. Additionally, this position may qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus.
