Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production/Manufacturing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-precision components, adhering to strict operational and quality standards, and maintaining consistent production flow.
The ideal candidate possesses at least 6 months of solid manufacturing experience (experience in medical device manufacturing is a strong plus!) and comfortable working under microscope magnification. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize small hand tools and microscopes to manipulate, handle, and assemble delicate parts according to exact engineering specifications.
- Follow all established policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines to ensure total product quality.
- Accurately read, write, interpret, and maintain operational logs, schematics, and work instructions.
- Apply basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) to verify component counts, measurements, and production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and report any tool or process abnormalities to the supervisor.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience & Background
- Minimum 6 months of direct manufacturing experience (Medical Device assembly experience is highly preferred).
- Demonstrated tenure and stability in previous manufacturing roles (no short-term or spotty work histories).

Exclusions: Pure warehouse, material handling, forklift, or logistics fulfillment experience does not count toward the manufacturing requirement.
Technical & Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.
- Must pass an eye exam and color vision test. Requires strong close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, or feel tiny components with high precision.
- Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
- Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull.
- Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to read and interpret detailed documentation.
- Solid basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- High adherence to rules, standard procedures, and safety protocol.
