We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to enhance our department. Currently, our team includes three OB/GYN Hospitalists, and we aim to expand this thriving program. Our department comprises 20 Obstetrician Gynecologists, 15 Nurse Midwives, 4 Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, and 3 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, all working together to offer tailored care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Services are provided at two local hospitals: PeaceHealth Southwest and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
Position Details:- Available as a full-time or part-time role (1.0 - 0.5 FTE)
- 1.0 FTE equates to 156 twelve-hour shifts annually, or approximately 13 shifts per month
- Shifts will be scheduled as either 12-hour or 24-hour blocks
- On-call responsibilities include covering Labor & Delivery at one hospital, supporting the Certified Nurse Midwife group, and handling emergency room city calls
- Both hospitals feature Level 3 NICUs
- Compensation is set at $162.50 per hour or $338,000 annually for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)
- Includes paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage
- Offers a two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy-in
