Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours weekly) to join our Casa de Oro Center in Las Cruces, NM. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, in addition to an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
• Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

To qualify for this position, the Advanced Practice Provider must meet the following criteria:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensure as a registered nurse.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation is required. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also necessary.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Posted Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
