Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of multidisciplinary clinicians, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote a compassionate and recovery-oriented environment within the organization.
- Work collaboratively with medical and psychiatric professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Encourage family engagement in the treatment process.
- Monitor patient outcomes and manage associated risks effectively.

- Experience in clinical leadership, particularly in adolescent mental health or eating disorder treatment.
