Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts, with a base pay of up to $19.75 per hour.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Small Engine Technician will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing a variety of outdoor small engine products, including:
- Chainsaws
- Snowblowers
- Lawnmowers
- UTVs and ATVs
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Diagnosing and repairing outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicles
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading products, locating parts, and addressing repair inquiries
- Documenting repairs on work orders and tracking units in the shop
- Completing and filing work orders efficiently
- Managing warranty claims in a timely manner
- Communicating with customers regarding the completion of their repairs
- Participating in training sessions for repair technicians
- Adhering to Loss Prevention and safety protocols
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be available to work evenings and at least every other weekend
- Have prior experience in small engine and/or automotive maintenance
- Possess customer service experience
- Have a background in retail
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
