Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Culpeper, VA & Charlottesville, VA
Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Supervise and mentor RBTs

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans

• Provide caregiver education and support

• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure BACB compliance

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA Certification in good standing

• Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

• No Evenings, Weekends, or On-Call
