Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for a direct hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV within the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys supporting property operations, tenant relations, leasing administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office functions.
The Property Administrator will work closely with Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to help keep property operations organized, responsive, and professional. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support for property management, leasing, tenant relations, correspondence, reporting, and file maintenance.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including utility transfers, insurance tracking, inspections, documentation, and communication with tenants and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain property files, lease documents, service agreements, contractor documents, welcome packets, marketing materials, CAM letters, notices, and related correspondence.
- Support daily property operations by answering phones, managing mail, ordering office supplies, maintaining the postage machine, checking keys in and out, and assisting with receptionist duties.
- Track lease expirations, tenant insurance requirements, work orders, rent collection support, security reports, tenant complaints, and vendor follow-up.
- Conduct property and trash inspections, assist with tenant relations activities, participate in meetings, and complete special projects as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Location: Las Vegas, NV.
