Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinic operations from front office management to clinical activities.

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).

  • Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and employee retention.

  • Review patient medical histories thoroughly.

  • Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.

  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

  • Set clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes of their treatment plans.

  • Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.

  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process related to physical therapy.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.

  • Preferred experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems, specifically Rain Tree.

  • Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $124,800 - $135,200+, which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
