Oversee clinic operations from front office management to clinical activities.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and employee retention.
Review patient medical histories thoroughly.
Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Set clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes of their treatment plans.
Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about the recovery process related to physical therapy.
Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
Preferred experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems, specifically Rain Tree.
Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.

Salary: $124,800 - $135,200+, which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
