Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring the store facility is well-kept and organized.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing over 75 pounds in confined spaces.
- Adapt to varying temperatures while prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Willingness to work in different environmental conditions.
